I love everything about SMEs, the passion and drive it takes to run a successful business is astonishing and as a result, entrepreneurs are always interesting. I have the pleasure of working with these people every day and I can honestly say that no two days are the same! We started out under the name Startup Marketeer back in 2017 and rebranded in 2025 as SME Marketing Group, in order to reflect the wide range of SMEs we work with today. My background in marketing has spanned over 20 years in this fast paced industry, and the digital world has been completely transformed during that time. I specialise in marketing strategy for SMEs and so my job is to keep my finger on the pulse of everything that is changing - it certainly keeps me on my toes!
I’ve been part of the SME Marketing Group for over two years, focusing on content marketing, including blogs, social media material, and website content. I love meeting our clients, learning about their businesses, and working closely with our fantastic team to brainstorm fresh ideas. Collaboration and creativity are at the heart of what I do. Before joining Emilie and the team, I worked in Marketing and Events within the education sector. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two daughters. We’re avid cinema-goers and also love exploring the outdoors with our lively flat-coated retriever.
I have had the pleasure of working with SME Marketing Group for over 5 years as a Social Media Specialist. With the focus on small and medium-sized businesses improving their digital landscape, by creating content as well as engaging graphics, audience building and customer engagement across all the major platforms. I love building meaningful relationships with small business owners and helping them succeed in a competitive market. I am always on the lookout for new tools and techniques to enhance social media strategy, ensuring that every client’s profile is unique and stands out. I stay busy balancing family life with a home renovation project. Spending quality time with my husband and two young children is what I cherish the most.
